GETTING STARTED

CAA’s Career Pathways department provides access to Industry Credential Training, Job Coaching, and Case Management to income-eligible residents of Hamilton County. The mission of Career Pathways is to provide job seekers with relevant industry training, connect them to Career opportunities, and help them create a Pathway to self-sufficiency.

Career Pathways currently has training opportunities in the areas of Construction, Information Technology (IT), Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Healthcare Technology, and more..

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must Be 18 years and older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Meet the Federal/State/County/City income requirements
  • Hamilton County Resident
  • Earn at least a 4 on the Work Keys Test (Not Required for Construction, IT or CDL)
  • Pass CompTia A+ Entry Assessment (IT only)
